We shopped around quite a bit before selecting an agent and choosing Michael. Michael set a target price way above anyone else (an amount another agent told us we'd never get), but he had similar sales in the area to back it up. In the end he more than delivered on the price he'd forecast and set us up well to buy our next house. Along the way Michael was easy to work with, quick with communication and he handled offers in a way which I think made it easier for us and the buyers. The whole process was incredibly quick with an off market sale which still delivered an incredible result. Michael's different to other agents, he won't try to schmooze you to win your business, he'll just work hard to get you the best price, and he seems to deliver for people time and again. If you're selling in the Centenary suburbs I couldn't recommend Michael enough.

He didn't try and pressure us and he was realistic in what he thought our property could go for in the current market. He and his team were then unbelievably helpful in liaising with the buyers to make sure the sale went through.
