We had an exceptionally good experience with Michael as our real estate agent. His knowledge of the area was spot on. He communicated with us regularly, both by text message and phone calls. Many phone calls were had after business hours, and this was not a problem at all. He kept us up to date after each open for inspection and private inspection. We were also kept up to date with regards to a weekly email during the campaign detailing statistics of views of the property. All questions we had were clearly explained, nothing was left up in the air. Michael walked us through the process of the auction by phone before the actual day. On the day of the auction, he went through it again with us making sure we were comfortable with everything and making sure that no stone was left unturned.
