Nothing was too much trouble, and his relaxed and quietly spoken manner provided confidence that we would be able to work through any challenges should they have arisen. His exceptional personal skills guided both parties through the negotiation process and allowed us to achieve what we believe was fair value, in just four weeks. In talking with the neighbors with whom we share an easement crossing their property; they were pleasantly surprised at the consideration afforded them and stated that if they were to sell in future they would certainly consider the staff at Elders Bangalow. All in all, a positive experience and we were completely satisfied.
