Selling a unit in the heart of Ryde we were always confident in a sale it was just how much. However, one thing we didn't expect was to stumble across Michael and his team. Having bought the unit 5 years ago and recently purchasing a family home a sale was needed and quick. We recalled his details from a flyer which popped into our letter box one day. This one we gave more than just the glance and subsequent toss to the bin as it's not often a unit sets a new sale record on the street, Michael had just achieved this. We met multiple agents but Michael stood out from the rest, spending over two hours with us during our initial meeting. Any questions we came up with he answered truthfully and went on to describe many situations we hadn't even thought of. Throughout the advertising and into the auction process all of his team were exemplary in their behaviour and time given to us, not easy for an agent with a young family.
