I really enjoyed dealing with Michael Duffield I only ever spoke by phone as I was 1 hour away from my place I was selling he was amazing diligent with selling my property and always very respectful with all aspects of the sale highly recommend Michael and the Professional’s
Michael was very professional and helpful, thanks for your help all the best mate.
Michael had a great understanding of the local property market and was very organized with his approach. He ran professional inspections and negotiated well with purchasers well to get us the best price
Michael was the most professional, honest, friendliest agent I have ever met. He went far and beyond with everything. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Both the vendor and the buyers were more than happy. I could not recommend Michael any more highly and he certainly got the result we were looking for.
We recently purchased a property through Michael and had excellent service, from the initial enquiry, to view the property, all through the entire offer and acceptance process and the after sales care as well. As first home buyers it’s really overwhelming buying your first property but they have been nothing short of amazing and made the process a little less scary!
All we could ask for and more with Michael and his team supporting us through the sale of our property. Michael spent time listening and helping us with a price, timeline and marketing strategy to get the best value and result for our much loved property. We thank him for his patient and casual but professional approach. Highly recommend him and Professionals Mooroolbark.
Michael is skilled and proffesional in property selling. It was easy to deal with Michael.
Michael helped us buy our new home. He was informative, helpful. polite, friendly and patient even when we had our kids there. We appreciated his help and information from the start.
Micheal was a pleasure to deal with so much market experience backed up with an easy going helpful approach that made the experience of selling our house seamless and hassle free. Would recommend him to anyone selling their house in the area
Michael started off appearing to be knowledgeable and competent. Sadly, within days of starting our campaign with him, his lies began. Continuously tried to talk the talk, though when questioned he just tried to lie his way out, eventually amounting to a web of dishonesty. Lied about having offers when he had none on multiple occasions. I would not recommend you go with him, unfortunately just far too untrustworthy with an asset like your house!
We chose Michael because he was local and because of Covid19 was able to attend any to issues quickly. We found him easy to relate to, a good listener and explained items clearly. His knowledge and professionalism was a reassurance that we where in good hands. The sale of our Father’s home was an excellent result. We would not hesitate in recommending Michael for any restate matters.
Michael Duffield is empathetic to sensitive situations. Was easy to deal with even though things got a bit tricky sometimes. Thank you for all your help Michael. You achieved a great outcome for us.
