Selling the home that has been in my family for nearly 100 years was always going to be a highly emotive time but Michael Dunn and his team guided me through the process with much care and showed sensitivity at all times. He never hurried me in making decisions that were hard to make but continually offered support and advice as to how things could move along, even paving my way for my next move to an apartment. His suggestions for massive de-cluttering and presentation of a very old loved house were much appreciated and he was always willing to lend a hand even when my hose blew up in his face as he was fixing it for me. We were an extremely busy venue with many private showings, as people considered how to best approach renovating the grand old house. Michael and his team were always aware of my needing plenty of notice when this would occur, as I was only recently out of hospital and coping with a bereavement in the family, so I needed their help.
