Michael Dyer’s real estate career began in 1983 with Woodgers Real Estate in Monaro Street, Queanbeyan. During this time, Michael’s 40+ years in the local property industry has coincided with the growth of Queanbeyan, Jerrabomberra, Googong, Bungendore and the outlying rural regions. He has extensive industry and local knowledge to assist with your real estate needs. Michael holds a Class 1 Real Estate Licence, is an Auctioneer, and has been involved in the residential, commercial, industrial, rural and re-development sites in the local market. Michael was a former franchise owner of LJ Hooker Queanbeyan, along with his wife, Bev. He is now an Executive Salesperson at the LJ Hooker Queanbeyan | Jerrabomberra | Googong office and is a lifetime member of the prestigious LJ Hooker Captains Club. Michael & Bev have 3 children plus 7 grandchildren (and counting) to keep them both on their toes. Their family is their world, and in their own words they are “very lucky people”. Michael was born and bred in Queanbeyan and his interests include the Queanbeyan Whites Rugby Club (side line expert) where he is a life member, trying to reduce his golf handicap at the Queanbeyan Golf Club and supporting the South Sydney Rabbitohs Rugby League side.
