Michael helped us with the sale of our mother’s unit recently. The sale went through reasonably quickly which was important to us. We got less for the unit than expected but accepted that. The only thing we had to pursue was the cleaning of the unit before the sale. First time around it was not as clean as we would have liked, but at the end of the day it sold pretty quickly which Michael knew was important to us. I felt you could trust Michael to have your interests at heart and he had a second buyer lined up when the first one fell through which was great.
