Out of all the real estate agents I spoke with, Michael was by far the most enthusiastic agent to help me sell my character cottage in Beaconsfield. He did a lot more research than any other agent on the value of my home and gave me lots of direct examples of other homes exactly like mine that had sold recently. I really had total confidence that he knew exactly what my home was worth, and it was many tens of thousands of dollars ahead of the other agents. I really felt comfortable to put my home on the market using his valuation. He gave me lots of practical advice on home improvements I could work on while my house was getting renovated. Michael went over and above the call of duty working many late nights to help me sell my home. When our first offer fell through due to the 2020 Covid-19 outbreak, me and my wife were certain we would have to accept a lower offer and we were very worried that this would delay our future plans. But in only a few short weeks, Michael called to tell me that he had received a new offer, and I was astounded that it was much better that the first offer! I really am super happy with the outcome Michael achieved for my family on a challenging property in a challenging financial climate, thank you so much Michael! :-) Absolutely no hesitation recommending Michael to other people, he won't disappoint you!
