Initially Michael did not reply to my enquiries via email or voice message. At first inspection he replied to my questions in a condescending tone. This all changed once he saw that we were serious contenders for the purchase. At auction the property was passed in with us being the highest bidders. We were only given direction as to what happens next when we asked, as Michael was racing off to his next property. Michael did work late into Saturday afternoon negotiating with the vendor and ourselves.
