From our initial phone conversations and meetings, he made sure that I was fully informed of all the process’ involved, from documentation to suggested sale dates to take best advantage of the market and the timeframe of the steps prior to sale. He also dealt with my solicitor and any other third parties as required. His advice regarding the presentation of the house proved invaluable and showed in the images used to advertise the property. I was provided with a sale estimate that was well researched and which proved to be very accurate come the auction. We recently purchased a property auctioned by Michael. I was really impressed during the campaign that he wasn't pushy yet took the time to answer our questions. Post-sale he went out of his way to give us access to the property for various reasons on multiple occasions. It's been a pleasure!
