Beyond what I could’ve hoped for...

I knew for a longtime, before I put the property on the market, that I would go through Michael at Harcourts. This was my first time ever, selling a property and very much trusted everything he said and did and hoped for the best. I literally left everything up to him, as I simply had no idea what I was doing. The level of professionalism and effort he took, before I had even 100% committed to him, demonstrated that he could “do the job” and do it well. His presentation of documents, marketing and organisation were exceptional. He exceeded all my expectations continuously and whatever he said he’d do, he’d do more. He must’ve spent hours and hours, if not days! Talking and liaising with relevant stakeholders and made sure it was going to be the best possible outcome for me. Even it that meant sacrificing for himself. Super happy I made the decision. Michael is a credit to the Harcourts name.
