A great agent who listens to his clients

I can highly recommend to people that they use Michael Enever as their agent. I have had 4 business dealings with Michael over the last three years and I feel that Michael's greatest quality is that he listens to his clients. As a developer, I have been buying and selling properties for 40 years. Michael sold a property for my partner and I about 8 months ago. I said to Michael at the settlement of that property if another small hectare or two allotment comes on the market I would be very interested. I just need something small now for my retirement. I gave him a list of the items that I wanted with a new property. 7 months later I got an email saying this parcel of land Curtis ticks all your boxes. Are you interested. I emailed Michael back! SOLD. I didn't even inspect the property. Bought sight unseen. The first agent I have had dealing with that actually listens to his clients requirements. Just excellent service. CH
