michael had a very hard task ahead of him selling our house, for some reason it seemed to not appeal to a lot of potential buyers, michael seemed to dig in, and sell the house . with a bad experiance with the house going under contract, and it falling thru, mike seemed to try harder on obtaining a second contract, and received one within a month. julie and myself are extreamly happy with michael, and would not hesitate in recommending him to potential sellers/ buyers
