Michael is based in Mildura and holds the position of Nutrien Harcourts Rural & Lifestyle Property Specialist.
Michael has a strong affiliation with the agricultural sector and has gained extensive experience throughout his career with the marketing and sale of all types of rural and lifestyle properties in the northwest region of Victoria and the far lower western division of NSW.
With over 40 years involvement in the Australian agribusiness industry, Michael has been privileged to be engaged in a number of senior branch, regional and operational management roles.
Michael is a fully licensed real estate agent in Victoria and NSW, and has also attained an Advanced Diploma of Management, and Diploma of Rural Business Management.
This career experience has resulted in Michael obtaining a broad understanding of agriculture, with hands on experience in all types of rural property. Michael has gained respect for his diverse knowledge, integrity, professional no-nonsense approach, work ethic and negotiation skills.
Michael is very familiar with all the various land system classifications, geographic locations, production capabilities and will be comfortable in describing the benefits that these characteristics would present to any prospective sellers or purchasers.
Michael has sold numerous and various types of rural agricultural and lifestyle properties throughout the northwest Victoria and the far western division of NSW, including large scale broadacre cropping and grazing enterprises, pastoral grazing property, horticultural/viticulture producers, water entitlements and lifestyle/hobby farm property assets.
