I recently sold my place in Stanmore through Michael Field. I only decided to go with Michael at the last minute, having almost signed an agreement with another agent, and I’m so glad I went with Michael (and my gut instinct!). He did an amazing job, smoothed over any issues, managed the process and made it stress-free for me, and then delivered an amazing result! Everyone from the Belle team involved really helped to make it a success. I’ve now found a rental in Leichhardt until I find a new place to buy (hopefully through Michael). Before that, Michael assisted by sending through details of suitable rentals, and even though I eventually found my place through another agent, when I had some queries about the lease, Michael arranged for their rental manager to contact me. She was wonderful, providing sound advice and simply being very knowledgeable and helpful. And since then Michael has been an amazing support in my search to buy a new property. In short, I just want to say that they're such a great team at Belle, from all the help Michael gave with the sale of Stanmore, the follow up and assistance from both Michael and Bianca with my rental enquiry – I really do hope that my next purchase in Leichhardt is through Belle.
