This was all done with a sense of high confidence and optimism, to a high standard, and at a very reasonable rate. During the ‘preparation for sale’ period, Michael and Mary went far beyond what a vendor could reasonably expect of their estate agent. When we met to set a reserve price and to discuss the auction processes and strategies, the meeting proceeded seamlessly with Michael giving all the instructions, advice and reassurance that were needed at that stressful time. On auction day Michael and Mary worked very hard! The result speaks for itself - a sale that reached our reserve!! In the current Sydney real estate market this was an outstanding result.
