Mike was entirely professional throughout our sale. We were selling in a sliding market, but Mike’s market knowledge and skills guided us safely through to a happy conclusion. He kept in touch and explained developments every step of the way.
We bought our house off of mike flook and he was always accommodating and amicable to our needs. He was great to work with on the purchase and I would recommend him to sell any house as he’s a good negotiator!

Mike is one of those people that seems to be able to blend a high work ethic with outstanding professionalism yet maintain a friendly down-to-earth attitude :) very highly recommended whether buying or selling - just a good bloke really !!
Mike's professional easy going approach was appreciated. Setting realistic sales guidance and working well with the purchaser to ensure our expectations were met. Guidance on property presentation to maximize sales value was excellent.
I have used Mike and his team for a number of buy/sell transactions in Merewether over many years. Mike is knowledgeable, responsive, proactive and reasonable in his assessment of prospects. Mike has always delivered sales over, or within a few percent, of estimates. Mike's rates are competitive. In my latest transaction, Mike was able to deliver exchange within a week of auction in a rapidly changing market. I would recommend Mike without hesitation.
