Michael was very helpful, professional and always took our calls straight away or got back very quickly. He followed through with all request we had which made the transaction relatively smooth. This was important to us as it was a very difficult market to negotiate at the moment, as a buyer especially. We dealt with a number of other realestate agents and the service they offered us (a buyer) was very poor. In fact several agents never bothered even returning our calls.
