Michael knows the market in Palmyra extremely well. He and his team were very informative and prompt with communication. I felt reassured and knew the sale of my property was in the right hands. Their expertise and skills resulted in a very positive outcome.
Micheal was great agent and I'd recommend him to any friends or family. He was super welcoming and kept clear and fast communications with me throughout the entire offer & settlement process keeping it stress free. He also made extra efforts for me to inspect the property at some unorthodox times and gave assurances for any queries I had - all of which he followed through with. Thanks for your work Micheal I'm stoked with the purchase!
Michael was always prompt with his communication, he went above and beyond for us to help purchase our first family home despite the challenges we were faced with. I would recommend Michael to anyone who’s wanting an agent that is reliable and will go the extra mile for you. Michael, thank you for looking after us!
Thanks Michael for helping us secure our first home! Easy to deal with and happy to have a chat about the process, which really helped. We are really happy in our new home!
Michael was great to work with in the purchase of my first home. His communication was clear and he was very helpful. I purchased my home whilst living away, with family attending viewings, Michael was great at communicating with all parties and making it an easy process. Drew the operations manager was also helpful with all the behind the scenes paperwork and processing!
Michael is very professional and very experienced. He gave so many advices to prepare the house for sale as well as answering any other questions i had. I highly recommend him and his team.
Absolutely seamless process and we thoroughly enjoyed working with Michael and the team to sell our property. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking to sell their property.
We engaged the services of Michael to sell and investment property of ours. We live interstate, so choosing an agent we could trust and rely on was important. Michael was proactive from the start, going above and beyond with getting the property ready to market. His deep understanding of the local market is second to none and was evident from our first phone call. Michael and Drew were a pleasure to deal with, and made what could have been a stressful experience seamless and straightforward. We wholeheartedly recommend Michael and Drew from One Residential and wouldn't hesitate in using their services again.
Michael is considered by us as very professional and approachable with our property dealings. He knows the market very well and kept us informed during the process. Easy to deal with and well experienced.
