Michael was the first but not the only agent I interviewed. From first meeting, Michael impressed me with his authenticity , knowledge and experience in the suburb of Palmyra. I knew with confidence that my dealings with him would be straightforward and effective, and that his advice for preparing my Aunt's unit for sale would be accurate and cost effective. His estimate was not the highest quoted, but it was entirely in accordance with market expectations as advised by my Real Estate Agent brother-in-law who lives interstate, and proved to be very accurate went it went to sale. Within two days of going to market, Michael had secured the kind of buyer we had hoped for the property (a young family) and a sale price exceeding expectation.
