A massive shout-out to Michael. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with him from start to finish. We are still surprised at how easy getting our first home was. Michael always took the time to explain everything simply for my partner and I. He helped us navigate through what could have been a really complex process and made it feel so much easier than we expected. Michael genuinely cared and gave us a cherished memory when he delivered the news we got the home. We always felt supported throughout the whole journey.
