I have recently purchased a property in Penshurst with Michael. He's easy going, and he responds to my queries quickly. He's also hard working and dedicated. I had to meet him a couple of times at evening time, apparently out of business hours, he's happy to do it. The property I purchased has tenants living in there, while I would like it to be vacant by settlement. Michael has been liaising with vendor, solicitor and tenants.
