Michael had a very good understanding of the Ararat market but also he had a good understanding of what we were wanting with a house and he knew straight away and organised an inspection. He wanted us to get more of an understanding with what we would be getting for the money we spend. He did just that and was able to get us what we wanted. We couldn’t recommend mick more.
