We first invited Belle Property for a conversation on improving our house. Michael and Cam's advice was general in nature with a few suggestions that my wife and I could complete over time , but not overspend. Apart from the a phone call every few months, we gradually upgraded our house. My point in this preamble was the men's lack of pressure toward selling the house but rather advice on maximizing our family home . This we appreciated . By saving money on DIY projects we could put it toward big impact jobs by professional tradies , such as a complete exterior paint make over. Another characteristic I personally appreciated was Michael's flexabilty in responding to an owner whose last experience in buying and / or selling was 35 years ago!
