I am so very glad and thankful I asked Michael Gambaro to sell my Parkland's apartment. At first, I wondered if it was advisable to use a Gold Coast Real Estate Agent to sell a Brisbane property. Any misgivings vanished when Michael explained his love of selling Parkland apartments from many years ago, a love which he has never forgotten, and that travelling backward and forwards from the Gold Coast was not a problem. Michael spared no expense on the best advertising which included drone photos and a 3D tour of my apartment. He has the ability to identify selling points that many other agents would have missed. He was very professional and always respectful of what I wanted. He kept me continuously informed of all developments. I quickly agreed to the acceptable offer he secured after only ten days on the market, and now all parties are delighted. Michael's generosity throughout and his gifts to celebrate the sale were beyond amazing. He has taken my best interests to heart, and I can only thank him and highly recommend him.

I was the buyer, but Michael was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, even a last minute scramble for documents, which Michael was able to deliver on.
