Our sale with Michael was about as perfect as it got. We were preparing ourselves for the reality of the market with the probability that we would have to prepare for many open houses. But we also had a sale price we were realistically hoping to achieve. Well, we had just one open house and offers above asking price! It couldn't have gone better and Michael and Erin did a great job in guiding us through the process beforehand and working with us to get the house prepared, and then did a great job to close the sale nice and quickly.
