I was impressed with Michael from the very start! It was probably his 'welcome display' of lollies, bottled water and colouring-in booklets during the open house we went to that did it, but that just showed me "It's the little things that count" It was a pleasure dealing with Michael throughout the process of buying our home from that first open house until the day we received the keys (which was over 12 weeks). Throughout this time, lots of little things added to my satisfaction - Michael kept us well informed of what was going on with the offer and purchase and throughout the 12 week settlement period he would call and check in to see if we needed anything. Harcourts had a "Congratulations" sign on their chalkboard when we went to pick up the keys and then presented us with a personalised door mat, which was terrific! Michael was attentive to our needs, friendly, informative and professional. He made the process understandable and easy, when we weren’t sure how to navigate it.
