I highly recommend Michael Georgiou to anyone thinking of buying or selling. We were selling in a tough market at the upper end of that market. Our home had tenants which meant that a long settlement period had to be factored in. Two agents had failed to secure any interest in our property. Michael brought a far more professional and determined attitude to our sale, keeping us fully updated at all times and working with the tenants to minimise the impact of the selling process on them. At one point, having been contacted by the tenants on a maintenance matter that should have been addressed by my property manger, Michael personally arranged for the maintenance to be carried out himself in order to keep up the good relationship he had established with the tenants. As to the outcome, I believe that Michael achieved the best possible price for the sale of our home. My wife Ann and I are truly thankful for the way Michael went above and beyond to achieve the sale. As stated up front in this review, I highly recommend Michael to anyone interested in buying or selling and would choose Michael again if I were to re-enter the market in the Albury Wodonga area.
