Michael along with his colleague Steve Lambley handled the sale of our investment property in Allambie Heights. The process went very smoothly, with the discussions and expectations leading up to going on to market all being handled very professionally. Although the property was to be auctioned, a sale was concluded within about a week of it going on the market, and the process and strategy from when the first offer came through until the sale was finalised all went well and we felt we were well looked after and professionally advised based on strong market knowledge, which in the end concluded with a very successful result and a happy vendor.

It is often said that the selling of your home is very stressful, but for us, with Michael in charge it was stress free. From the time that we decided to sell, till choosing Micheal to take charge, things could not have been easier...... We had laughs, and "eeks!" sometimes, but everything ran smoothly. We sold very quickly, in record time, all well negotiated by Michael and we happily put the "sold" sign up - taking some fun pics to celebrate!! .......... Michael was amazing from the start to the finish. Within a week he organised photographs, web listing, brochures, rental costs for potential buyers and a neighbourhood open house with champagne! Open houses where professionally conducted with both Michael and Andrew Reynhout (Director) at all openings. After each open house a phone call was made by Michael with an update, at the end of each week a report was provided with details of who attended, their thoughts and price they valued the property. This way I had no false expectations going in to the auction. At all times I had excellent service, inspections and repairs had been carried out without delay, therefore it was a given that I would use LJ Hooker Manly as my selling agent.
