It started with the initial interview. We invited 4 local agencies to present a proposal for the sale. Three responded and Michael represented McGrath RE. He presented his proposal verbally and with written and prepared material. He was very personable and outlined his plan for the sale in a calm and detailed form. This impressed us and after some thought we invited Michael to handle the sale for us. We had a number of consultations on the options he placed before us. He stayed in regular contact as he understood this was a big decision for us as we had lived here 33 years and the property originally was owned by Jeanette's parents. He showed great empathy for our predicament. He always spoke positively about our property and in particular the way we presented it for potential buyers. Throughout the process Michael maintained regular contact. He listened to our responses and gave us gentle guidance. The end result was a very satisfactory experience for us.
