Michael welcomed us to a newly built open home, he was able to answer every question we had for home, which builder? when it was completed? About the area? What’s shops are here etc we put an offer in same day he submitted the offer to the vendors, & he allowed us to have a second viewing on a Sunday, Michael’s communication was exceptional he would either call us or txt us on any news with the negotiation & Michael even came on his personal holiday to allow us a final inspection, where other agents would have hand balled us to someone else he made sure we were happy. He is very thorough & passionate about his job & enjoys what he does, you can tell it’s not just a job for him. Anyone looking for an agent need look no further.
