When i discovered Michael had returned to the Real Estate game after a short break I had no hesitation in engaging him as my agent. Michael has a charismatic friendly demeanor but a solid understanding of what is trending in the market and what properties are bringing in the local area. Michael has a direct approach when listing properties and Ive never felt he has or would inflate a price to obtain the listing.
