Michael was Exceptional. Buying a home is naturally very stressful , and clearly you want to get the best possible price when you buy , the seller wants best possible price and squeezed in the middle is the agent… obviously wanting both parties to be happy. Michael managed the process , clearly knew his area intimately and was able to answer any questions or issues raised . Upon having been to many inspections with various agents in the inner city, Michael’s people skills just stood out and made the entire process so much smoother. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again for either buying or selling.
