Michael's communication was excellent, advice was sound from a postion of experience, strategies and dealings were welcomed and considered. There was a feeling that the vendor was appreciated and respected, and didnt feel pressured at all. I would highly recommend Michael.

Michael helped us find a way to buy our beautiful new home and land. I value working with people who are straight-up and really understand the process.

Michael sold our home near Mullumbimby. His local knowledge was second to none and his laid back demeanour, professionalism and excellent communication really made us feel confident throughout the sale. I would highly recommend him to anyone selling their home in the Byron region. Michael is a straight shooter and he always had our best interest in mind throughout the process. What a legend!

I'm very happy to provide a review for Michael Gudgeon who was the agent in selling my property because of the excellent and professional level of service he provides. I always felt that he was very straight and fair with the negotiations and I came to trust him completely. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others whether they are buying or selling their property as I'm sure he will go that extra mile as he did for me.

My wife and I have sold 2 properties through Michael and he has consistently delivered first class performances for us while making the whole experience hassle free. Michael was extremely professional to deal with, kept us updated at all times and achieved the best possible sales results. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Recently I entrusted Michael Gudgeon with the sale of my long term home. I knew of Michael as a person of integrity, compassion and good humour ( the last being a quality that can be valuable in a process that for a vendor can sometimes be fraught with anxiety), as he had previously sold a home for my daughter in a rural area of Byron Shire with great results. Michael is always honest and up front, and he made it clear that it was his job to ensure the process was worry free for me and in this he was most successful. Michael always goes the extra mile even if it means rolling up his own sleeves and pitching in, doing whatever it takes to ensure a good result for both vendor and buyer. I believe he treads that line of representing both parties with great integrity. Michael's communication is outstanding. I was kept informed throughout every part of the process, never was I left wondering what was going on. After my experience of using Michael as my sales agent, and the experience of my daughter, it is clear that his knowledge of the Byron Shire property market, both rural and residential, is second to none. I could not recommend him more highly.

Michael listened to our needs and requirements. He never swayed in his enthusiasm and ability to solve any problem. He offered valueable advice and was respectful of our opinions. Our property achieved a price we were very happy with. Michael offered professional knowledge at all times which proved to be current and accurate.

Michael was very easy to communicate with during what is always a stressful time. He was straightforward, genuine, friendly and helpful.

Michael's tenacity facilitated our desired outcome and assisted in a timely result. Michael's local knowledge assisted our transition from the city to the country and has continued to keep in touch.

Micheal got a great result for our apartment, we were very happy with the whole process.
