I found Michael Gurry and his team to be client focused. They set up a timetable that included several meeting prior to auction to update me on the market, interest in the property and expected range of prices that the property would sell for. The photographer and copy writer who wrote the wording for the advertisements were extremely good. The marketing of the property was appropriate and the selection of the advertising media used was explained. Overall I found communication was very good both via phone calls and email.
