When we initially purchased this house, Michael was the selling agent. We had such a positive experience that we engaged Michael to help sell the same house for us three years later. Once again, the experience was highly positive. We couldn't have asked for more. From assisting with pre-listing requirements such as contractor referrals and staging and even helping offset some of these costs through a third-party financier to achieving a better result through timeliness and price than initially expected.
