I would definitely recommend Michael to potential sellers and would use he and belle again with out a question. We live overseas so were reliant on Michael and the team from belle to manage every aspect of our sale from styling through to painting and small renovations. This was handled incredibly professionally, Michael communicated well with us the whole time which was really important. We got an excellent result which speaks for itself.

Very professional team, fantastic communication throughout the process. Even helped source trades for our new place to help us settle in (we bought that house through someone else so this was beyond what you'd expect). We've dealt with 3 or 4 teams in the Inner West over the past year and these guys were the best in our opinion.

Michael is extremely professional and kept me in the loop the whole process. There were a few times I was frustrated and pushed back, thinking "is it really going to make that much difference?". However, I deferred to his experience and went with Michael's suggestions. On auction day, he was proved correct when my apartment sold for what I consider to be the maximum I could have expected. All in a market that had lost some of its buoyancy and with another apartment (almost a carbon copy in the same complex) completing for the same pool of buyers. I hope I don't have to sell again anytime soon but, if I did, I'd certainly give Michael a call.
