Working with Michael was a pleasant experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, responsive and reassuring at a time when I was busy and had minimal time to engage. He ensured everything went smoothly and had good information and advice on prospective buyers

Michael Hallit and Robert Clarke put together a very professional service leading up to the Auction and were well backed up by Operations Manager Michael Field. I was concerned about the extent of work they suggested to be done (paint, floors, furniture, etc) but that seems to have paid off in terms of interest generated and the result. Overall, a very good team result together with our solicitors, Darcy Sloman Peacock.

Rob and Michael were incredibly responsive and as accommodating as they could be. It's likely that we would never have continued our interest to buy the property without their positive engagement and follow up. The difference in having a team providing all the information needed, and being proactive to bring the parties together, was a game changer.
