What set Michael apart from every other agent we have come across is that he was willing to work and negotiate hard with buyers so we get the best price possible for our home. And we should know, we have bought and sold over 12 homes and know exactly how the realestate sales process works. From the very beginning Michael outlined achievable expectations of what the home will fetch, who the target buyer is and the best marketing strategy to suit that buyer. We listed over the Christmas period (not ideal timing) and had 2 groups view it in the first week. Both groups put in realistic (but initially low) offers in writing. Michael kept us appraised at all times but did not present us with a signed contract until he was satisfied that the buyer(s) had put in their absolute best offer. In fact, negotiations had been so well managed by Michael, we received slightly more than what we set as our sale price. Totally stress and hassle free experience - there simply is none better.
