Michael was an amazing agent I used to sell my 1 bedroom apartment. From the moment I engaged him, he was one step ahead of me trying to get interested buyers. He was at every inspection dealing with potential buyers and constantly doing the call backs of interested people and not just anyone in his office. When Michael says he’ll do something, he’ll make sure he will do it himself every step of the way. He was amazing in dealing with buyers so much so we bought my auction forwards by 2 weeks. I was a little cautious at first but he reassured me that we had sufficient interest and sure enough we had 8 interested people who were willing to bid on my apartment in a matter of only such a short period of time.
