Michael Harris knows his stuff!

Michael gave us a very realistic price expectation right from the start and was genuinely excited to be able to work with us to sell our house. He lives around the corner and knows the area as well as anyone and took plenty of time to discuss the current market. He kept in touch very regularly to talk about the people coming in to see the house with their expectations reflecting the movements in the market. We talked over options every few days. Michael sorted out the trades for getting the place ready for sale - no fuss and very reasonably priced. We couldn't be happier with Michael!
