We were very happy with Michael as our selling real estate agent and would highly recommend Michael and Raine and Horne to others. Michael is a very experienced and knowledgeable agent that helped us understand the process in selling our home. He guided us with up-to-date verbal reports following each open house inspection, and then we would receive weekly email reports of the housing market withing a 5 km radius to understand what the properties values were truly worth, whether they needed renovations or happy for people to move in 'as is' or purchase their own as an investment property. Michael, new the importance of the property held by my parents over half a century ago and then onto me. Michael new the sentimental and emotional turmoil going through my mind in selling our old terrace. Michael understood the memories I had, and that I struggled to let it go. I also needed to realise it was time to help my own family and let it go as my parents once did. Michael's knowledge and professionalism kept us up to date with each step of the auction and on the day, got the best price for us. As a family we were happy, and we are so glad the new owners were happy with the purchase on the day. It was a win-win-win for all three parties involved and whilst there were mixed joys of tears from us the seller and happy tears from the new owners who will make new memories in a beautiful area, I believe Michael shed one or two tears seeing us all happy at how the day went.
