Michael is very patient and knowledgeable agent, he understands his role well and was available to provide information and advice whenever requested without putting on the "hard sell" tatics that most real estate agents are known for. When buying our home together my girlfriend and I requested multiple inspections as well as stipulating extra works be carried out as part of the contract. And even ended up buying the sellers fridge. Michael was more than willing to facilitate all of our requests which yielded a positive result for us and the seller.
