We were recommended Michael by 2 people, for his professionalism, availability and communication. After doing our house sale I can confirm all 3 are true. He got us a price we were happy with for our house and while working with all available buyers, I thought his knowledge of buyer profiling was outstanding. Our house also needed some cosmetic work (yard, cleaning,etc) which he organised for us entirely with his contacts. Took so much stress from us. This truly was an enjoyable experience.
