Michael is a great real estate agent. He doesn't win those awards for no reason. Our property was on the market with another agent for just over a year with no luck selling, not even one offer in a whole year (we got 1 really crap low ball offer just after 1 year). We lost a lot of money in that year. Then along comes Michael and boom! He sold it in the first week for us (Literally the first week. no exaggeration - very impressive) and he also had another serious buyer make an offer to us that same week! He was very professional as well, he never talked badly about the previous agent even though he could have and that to me demonstrates real self confidence in what he does (by not putting down others, which I didn't expect from a sales agent! They are normally slimy sleazeballs haha). He was very confident but never once arrogant, actually very down to earth and likeable. Everything was very quick, efficient and professional. He was always more than happy to answer any questions and explain the process to us. Props to his two colleagues/assistants as well for being just as on the ball, friendly and knowledgeable as he is. I wish we would have contacted him sooner. If you're having issues or doubts with your current agent, don't hesitate like we did and lose tens of thousands of dollars, give him a call today.
