Excellence service

Michael has provided us with excellence service. He is very punctual. Promptly returns our call. He knows very well what types of property we prefer so didn't waste our time on properties that we have no interest in. We appreciated his courtesy of showing us the surrounding areas. The only reservation we have is that it has taken a bit too long to have the contract ready which was probably due to the issue from the buyer side. Overall, we are very happy with Michael's service.
