A wonderful re-entry into property purchase space

So after thirty years of not owning my own home. I finally found a way forward. Firstly, I found Michael friendly and supportive an provided a lot of information on both the process and the property. He was very positive and encouraged my interest in a gentle, patient but no nonsense way. He negotiated with the sellers, who ended up accepting my offer and I have recently settled.
