Michael was one of the most honest real-estate agents we met during our 9-month search for a new place in Wantirna. During our search, we regularly were given and shown low prices only to see the final price of the sold properties for excessive amounts over what we were told by the agents that they were looking for, and auction reserves being over the highlighted ranges first advertised. Michael said from early on in the campaign what the range of the reserve would be in if the house went to auction. He also gave a clear indication what type of figure would be required for the venders to look at accepting something prior to auction depending on demand. While we first were a little sceptical of his honesty it proved to be the truth. It was nice to meet an agent that was honest to a buyer in the current sellers’ market and a pity there are not more like him. The property we wanted went to auction due to demand, before and during the auction Michael did not play any games with the buys and said the reserve was already agreed and he would not be going back in to check with the venders. Fortunately for us we did win the auction a little higher price than preferred but happy with our purchase. Michael and his team where very helpful and made everything after the auction very easy.

After our initial meeting with Michael we knew we had chosen the right agent to sell our property. He knew the real estate market in our area. Apart from the weekly emails, he often communicated verbally keeping us up to date as to how the campaign was progressing. We could also contact him if we needed. He was available to answer anything concerning us about the sale. Always very professional and he would change scheduled meeting times to suit us. We had a great outcome at the sale. Obviously we were very happy with the outcome and the professionalism shown by all the members my only complaint is general to all auctions I do not like that the third and final call gets dragged out too long I realise the best price is the purpose of this but I believe people are given ample time to bid and once it is declared that it will be sold them it should happen Sorry but as a buyer this is how I feel.But I will also repeat we were very happy with the staff and their professionalism Regards Peter
