Michael Hosking

I appointed Michael Hosking as the agent to sell my brother's apartment in Kearney Spring. From the outset Michael communicated a seamless path to take the property from a rental to a sale. I had feedback at all critical stages and he organised well priced and efficient trades. Living down south I needed recommendations for conveyancers and other legal requirements needed in Queensland which were provided early. There was great interest in the property so when we went to market we were ready and Michael undertook research on the buyers and read the market well to get us a top price for the property. I couldn't have been happier. I was overseas when settlement went through and he made sure this went smoothly. He certainly made the sale a very stress free event which was important to me. FIND ANOTHER AGENT. Regretfully we sold a property with Michael Hosking - he only cared about his commission… We had to write our own sales advert, he didn’t follow instructions and lacked communication - once the contract was signed, he went MIA, wouldn’t respond to any calls or emails. Very disappointing experience.
